Meet Noor Azizah Binti Anuar, a Protégé currently serving as a Radio Operator (NE3) within the Flight Operations department at Weststar Aviation Services. She joined the organisation with a clear objective — to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a fast-paced and high-performance aviation environment.
Inspired by Weststar Aviation Services’ strong culture of safety, quality, and professionalism, Azizah viewed the Protégé Programme as the ideal platform to learn directly from industry professionals while accelerating her professional and personal development.
In her role, Azizah supports the Flight Operations team through documentation management, process coordination, daily operational support, report preparation, and data handling. Her contributions play an important role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated operations across the department.
Throughout her journey, Azizah has developed a deeper understanding of aviation operational workflows and strengthened her foundation in safety and compliance. At the same time, she has enhanced her communication and teamwork skills — key competencies in a highly regulated and operationally driven environment.
When asked to share her advice for future Protégés, Azizah encourages aspiring candidates to take the opportunity with confidence.

Outside of work, Azizah enjoys watching movies, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and staying active through Zumba sessions, maintaining a balanced lifestyle alongside her professional commitments.
