At Gong Kedak, an official visit to Squadron 12 (Sukhoi), TUDM provided valuable exposure to the squadron’s operational readiness and governance framework. The engagement offered insights into disciplined execution, technical rigour, and the operational excellence that underpins mission-critical aviation environments.
Complementing this operational focus, a two-day team-building programme in Kuching brought together 45 participants from Weststar Aviation Services and TUDM at Sumiran Eco Camp. Designed to foster trust, collaboration, and open communication, the programme reinforced the importance of strong interpersonal dynamics in sustaining effective operational partnerships.
