During his placement, Ridzuan has taken on responsibilities such as reviewing legal documents, conducting KYC checks, assisting with policy updates, and supporting governance-related discussions. These tasks have helped him strengthen both his technical knowledge and professional confidence in the aviation industry.
His achievements include contributing to VIP protocol and guest coordination during LIMA 2025, ensuring smooth management of high-profile engagements. He was also part of the organizing team for the Heli Offshore Asia Pacific Conference 2024, giving him valuable exposure to the regional aviation sector and opportunities to connect with industry professionals.
Outside of his work, Ridzuan takes part in activities that strengthen workplace culture. He enjoys playing pickleball with colleagues, building friendships across departments, and supporting teamwork through sports. He is also active in CSR initiatives, including volunteering at Zoo Negara and distributing Bubur Lambuk during Ramadan, showing his dedication to community service.
