Weststar GAP Aviation LDA was proud to participate in the 5th Timor-Leste Energy, Mining, and Business Forum 2025, held from 24th to 26th November at JL World Dili, Timor-Leste. The forum is a key national platform that brings together government leaders, investors, and industry stakeholders to discuss Timor-Leste’s strategic priorities in energy, mining, and economic development.
The event provided an important opportunity for dialogue and collaboration between the public and private sectors, supporting Timor-Leste’s ongoing effort to strengthen its resource industries and attract sustainable investment.
During the forum, Datuk Anuar Noordin, Director of Weststar GAP Aviation LDA; Captain Suardi Panai, Chief Executive Officer of PT Weststar Aviation Indonesia; and Datuk Ts Wan Hasmar Azim Wan Hassan, Chief Executive Officer of Weststar Aviation Services, had the honor of meeting with key national leaders. These included His Excellency Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, Prime Minister of Timor-Leste; His Excellency Francisco Kalbuadi Lay, Vice President of Timor-Leste; and His Excellency Francisco da Costa Monteiro, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Timor-Leste.
